HOW DO I GET A VOUCHER?
Simply click on the voucher you require above, proceed to the checkout, enter your details and your voucher will be posted to you within 5 working days at no additional cost.
HOW DO I PAY?
You can use your card or PayPal account.
IF THE VOUCHER INCLUDES PRINT CREDIT, HOW MANY PRINTS DOES THAT COVER?
You can use the print credit for a variety of print options from simple prints to large frames and wall art, the choice is yours, but we ensure the credit allows you to get at least two matted prints.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE ADDITIONAL PURCHASES?
Not if you don’t want to.
WHAT IS THE PORTRAIT IMAGE PACKAGE?
This is a great way for you to save. Some of our clients simply just want a portrait session capturing their family with some electronic images as a result. This package allows you to save by effectively prepaying for 10 edited Hi-Res images (sized to 8x12inch at 300dpi). This makes the selection process a lot more streamlined and we can pass the savings on to you as opposed to just having a shoot and then deciding afterwards that you just want an image disc. You can save over $400 this way and is a great way to get a ‘complete’ gift for someone.
WHERE DO YOU SHOOT?
This depends on the type of shoot and your preferences. If you do not require a Glamour/Fine Art/Boudoir session then this can be outdoors if you like (we have a series of selected locations to choose from). Small groups can be shot in our studio in South Perth, or larger shoots at a large CBD studio.
WHAT IS A DESIGN CONSULTATION?
We have a chat to all our portrait clients about what they want to achieve for their session and we run through what to expect etc. We do this for free as part of the portrait shoot as experience has shown that this improves the portrait experience for our clients.
CAN I GIVE A VOUCHER AS A GIFT?
Yes you can. We deliver the voucher to you unless you specify a different address and the lucky person who receives the gift simply has to contact the studio and we will guide them through redemption and booking of their session.
HOW LONG IS THE VOUCHER VALID FOR?
The voucher is valid for 12 months.
