When you come back to view your images, if you are not happy at all with what we have created, simply tell us what went wrong and we will book you in for another portrait session, free of charge, we will reshoot based on what you told us what went wrong, and then should you still not be happy we will refund what ever you have paid to date; That is your booking fee, any charges for hair and makeup etc.
